Booking a Hunt
 To book a hunt, we require a 50% deposit and a signed hunt agreement. The deposit will hold your hunt dates until the license draw results. The balance is due immediately after the license draw. If successful in the license draw, payment in full must be received by August 10.

Hunt Availability
Final availability of a hunt is on a first come first serve basis. Due to large number of repeat clients and small hunter/guide ratio, our openings are limited.

Season dates are subject to change by the Wyoming Game and Fish Department or Montana Fish Wildlife & Parks. Nelson Outfitters has no control regarding season dates.

PLEASE BOOK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

Depost Refund Policy
 If you are not successful in the license draw, the deposit is refunded 100%. If desired, we will hold the deposit for the next season.
